Alysha Somer has joined our team as a PhD candidate in the Crop-XR program (cropxr.org). Alysha will study how the shoot, while perceiving environmental cues, instructs the root system to develop in particular manners. Alysha studied at Utrecht University and has joined us in Wageningen per September 2024.
