Sara Buti succesfully defended her PhD thesis yesterday. It was a great event, with excellent questions from the committee (Jaume Martinez-Garcia, Roberta Croce, Guido van den Ackerveken, Kirsten ten Tusscher and Titti Mariani), great answers and discussions by Sara, and lovely science done by Sara. Very often, the sad side of these events is that people leave the lab to take a position elsewhere. But with Sara we are lucky: she will stay for a while as a technician on the Vici project. Happy cloning! Oh, and don’t forget to notice the coordination of shoes 🙂
